New members - Each family pays a one-off joining fee to cover the cost of facilities, please speak to our DC Pam for further information. Each family pays a working bee levy of $150 which should roll over each year if you complete your duties. This includes 1x working bee, 1x canteen and 1x event helper.
In addition, annual fees for the 2018-2019 year are $400.25 for riding members . This includes $150.25 to cover insurance arranged by PCAV. PCAV have introduced 24/7 Personal Accident Cover for all riders. As a result our yearly membership has increased.
The balance of the fees after insurance goes towards the cost of instructors for the year but does not completely cover these costs.
Club fundraising subsidizes each member’s instruction costs by $50 per year. All other running costs, including power, are also paid through fundraising activities. Note: A family with two children paying fees qualifies for a discount. The instructions for renewing for the 2018/2019 period can be found here
Fees are reviewed each year and are payable by the , after which a family is liable for a late payment levy to cover additional PCAV and club costs.
